October 26/27, 2015

1)  Latitude and Longitude Lab #6:  Location of NY and Beyond due Wednesday, October 28, 2015  - You must complete all parts of the procedure, observations and conclusion questions to get lab credit.

2)  You will be taking a baseline Earth Science Measure of Student Learning Test starting on Thursday, October 29, 2015.  Please make sure to bring a pencil, calculator and an independent reading book. Remember, that this is only a baseline and is used to see where you are in regards to the standards at this point. Do not worry if you do not know the material, but try to answer every question to the best of your ability. In June, you will take a similar assessment that will then be compared to your October results to assess your progress over time.  We are hoping to see growth from October to June.
