Tonight you must decide what narrative format you will be using for your Rock Cycle Project - biographic editorial, comic strip or illustrated children's book.  Begin planning the type of rock you will begin your story as - igneous, sedimentary or metamorphic.

Think about the following and plan your writing piece:

--What is your rock's name?

--What type of rock will you start with and how will it move through the rock cycle?

1) First (Initial) Type of Rock - How did the rock form? What are the rock's overall characteristics and/or appearance?

2)  Second Rock Type -How did the rock change?  What are the rock's overall characteristics and/or appearance?

3)  Third (final) Type of Rock - How did the rock change?  What are the rock's overall characteristics and/or appearance?
