March 4, 2016

1) PORTFOLIO: You must complete 2 reflections for 2 Earth Science pieces of work you have completed.  Your first entry must be the ROCK CYCLE NARRATIVE including a reflection.  Your second entry can be one of your choice (you may choose any lab/assignment/classwork/test/quiz) and complete a reflection for this piece also.  If you did not complete the rock cycle narrative assignment, then you must write a reflection for this assignment explaining why it was not completed, plus you must choose TWO additional portfolio pieces.

For each lab you will write a reflection that includes the following:

-Restate what the assignment asked you to do in your own word

-What was the objective of the lab/assignment (what did you learn)

-What standards were addressed in the lab

-discuss your process for completion

-discuss challenges you faced

-discuss changes you would make

-how would you assess yourself in regards to the checklist

2)  Lab 13: Locating the Epicenter of an Earthquake = If you have not completed this lab, it must be done ASAP.
