This blog will be used throughout the year to assist you in various ways, for example, to provide you with homework posts , a list of resources and/or video links, regents prep, etc.

Posting on the Blog: When you are posting on the blog, remember to treat it as a regular academic learning environment. When you post on the blog make sure that you take your time to think through your responses and comments.
Please sign your name (first name with last name initial only and your class period) so that we are aware of who is sharing and responding. All posts are monitored by me, therefore, your post will not automatically appear. I must read and approve it before it makes it on to the blog. Be patient and please do not post the same material multiple times.

1) Remember you will be given your end of year testing to determine your progress from the start of the year.  Here are some useful links to review:  Experimental Design and Scientific Method.

2)Lifecycle of a Star Project - Graphic Organizer must be complete at this point.  Rough Draft is due on Friday, May 13, 2016.  Please share it with me via Google Docs (emitsiadis@wjps.org).  Refer to the model examples to help you in your writing process.

3) Regents Lab Requirment:  I am currently updating the lab list for each class and will be sending home emails outlining if a student is missing labs and which those are.  Please make sure to fully complete and hand in any missing lab work.  Your final date to hand in labs for Regents purposed is May 20th.

4) The Earth Science Regents Exam is on Friday, June 17, 2016.  I suggest you begin reviewing on a regular basis.    The Earth Science Lab Practical Exam is scheduled for June 6/7, 2016.  Some useful websites for review include:
